Locrio
This dish heralds from Nelson's youth; he enjoyed this dish at a friend's home, while in Santo Domingo, prepared by his friend's mother, and he decided to share the fine dining experience with patrons of Sabrosura Restaurant. This Dominican home-style rice dish, which consists of chorizo sausage,
shrimp and chicken cooked in Latin-style yellow rice and served on a sizzling hot platter; it is a very popular item and is now one of Sabrosura's genuine signature dishes.
